This policy explains what information Apex Roofing Automations ("we", "I") collects through this website, how it's used and the choices you have. The site is operated by Muhammad Waqas, working remotely with roofing companies.

What we collect

• Booking form details you choose to send: name, company, email, phone, company size, current CRM, services of interest, lead volume, budget, preferred call time, time zone and your message.
• Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in standard hosting logs.
• Chat messages you type into the website assistant, plus a random chat ID stored in your browser so the assistant can follow the conversation. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
• Your theme choice (light or dark), saved only in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and schedule your call.
• To prepare for the audit and send you a proposal if you ask for one.
• To keep basic records of client conversations.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Services that process your data

To run the site and reply to you, your information may be handled by:

• The form service that receives the booking form (for example Formspree, Web3Forms or a self-hosted n8n workflow).
• Our automation server (n8n) and an AI model provider (Groq), which process chat messages to generate the assistant's replies.
• A scheduling tool such as Calendly or Cal.com, if you choose to book a time there.
• Email and CRM tools used to reply and track your request.
• Google Fonts and the cdnjs content network, which deliver fonts and scripts and can see your IP address when the page loads.
• The website hosting provider.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may give you additional rights. Email the address below and we'll respond within 30 days.
