Questions roofers ask before we start
Do I have to switch CRMs?
Not necessarily. I build most systems in GoHighLevel because it handles calls, texts, pipelines and booking in one place. If you already use JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Jobber or another CRM, I can often connect to it with n8n instead. We'll decide on the audit call.
How long does setup take?
Missed-call text-back and instant lead response are usually live in about a week. A full CRM with follow-up and booking takes 2 to 3 weeks. Adding an AI receptionist and a new website takes 3 to 5 weeks.
Will the AI receptionist sound robotic to homeowners?
Modern voice agents sound natural and handle the basics well: getting the address, the problem, insurance details and a time for the inspection. It follows a script you approve, and anything it can't handle gets passed to you with a summary.
What happens to leads that come in after hours?
They get the same fast reply as daytime leads. The system can answer questions and book an inspection slot overnight, so you start the day with appointments instead of a voicemail backlog.
Do I own the workflows and the data?
Yes. Everything is built in accounts you own. Your leads and customer data stay yours. If you ever stop working with me, the systems keep running.

Software like GoHighLevel, phone numbers and SMS usage are billed by those providers. For most roofers that's a modest monthly amount. I'll give you a clear estimate on the audit call, before you commit to anything.
You're remote. How does that work across time zones?
All the work happens online, and I schedule calls in your time zone, wherever you are. You can reach me by email or WhatsApp, and fixes are handled within one business day.
Is this a fit for a small roofing company?
